Services We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every Smiles Fur Miles experience. If you need to cancel a service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%. No-shows are non-refundable.
If you're unsatisfied with a service for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise Our branded tees, hoodies, hats, and tanks are made to order. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
Treats & Consumables Smile Snacks treats are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue.
